Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation policy **Cancellation Policy for Bex Peoples Photography** We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it's necessary to reschedule or cancel your photography session. However, to ensure fairness to our photographers and other clients, we have implemented the following 48-hour cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. 2. **Cancellation Fee**: Clients who cancel their session with less than 48 hours' notice will be required to pay the full session fee, which includes any deposit or payment made in advance. 3. **Rescheduling**: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your session and provide us with at least 48 hours' notice, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time without additional charges. 4. **Exceptional Circumstances**: We recognize that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur. If such a situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess your case on an individual basis. 5. **Payment**: Any cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method used during the booking process.
